PERMITS/INSPECTIONS (food/beverage only):
Board of Health and Fire Inspection forms must be completed/approved before opening for business. Can also access the BoH temporary permit application online by CLICKING HERE.

SET-UP TIME:
Booths: Pre-assigned between Friday evening and Saturday morning
Food Trucks/Vendors: Friday by appointment or Saturday between 8:30-9:30am
(BOH and Safety inspection/permit required before serving, highly recommended to apply before the party. Permit forms available by CLICKING HERE.)

VENDOR PARKING:
Vendors will have a reserved parking lot within walking distance with one (1) assigned parking pass. All vehicles will need to be moved to this lot after load-in. No vehicles are allowed in the party area during the event.
